Vibrant apricot-orange standards sit in stark contrast to velvety dark maroon falls that lighten slightly around fiery orange beards. Strong, fast increase creates instant, colorful clumps. Sturdy stalks have 2 branches and 7 buds. It is a great color gem that was noted by most garden visitors as the "orange and black" iris. Brilliant Disguise makes a statement that can't be ignored.
